Fire Destroys Home In Ulysses

Flames didn’t take long to tear through a building in Ulysses in yesterday afternoon.

The fire began around 2:30 in a home at 408 S. Missouri. The home, which had an attached garage, was located very close to another nearby building.

Firefighters worked hard to keep the flames from spreading to the other building.
