USD 480 Taking Applications For Head Start, Preschool

USD #480 and Head Start will be taking applications for preschool children ages 0-4yrs on Monday, February 17th and Tuesday, February 18th at the AG building on the Fairgrounds at 1501 W. 8th Street. Applications will be taken by the following schedule according to your child�??s last name on Monday, February 17th:
9:30-11:30am A-E 12:00-2:00 F-M 2:00-4:00pm N-R 4:00-6:00pm S-Z
Tuesday, February 18th-by appointment only
Parents will need to bring the child�??s birth record and proof of income (3 pay stubs or tax records for 2013).
