Bard Resigns as LHS Softball Coach

Liberal head softball coach Wendell Bard sent a letter of resignation to the LHS athletic office this week. Bard was head coach for the LHS softball team the past two years. Liberal went 6-15 this year. LHS athletic director Scott Hinkle says the search for a new head coach will begin immediately. Bard replaced Erin Loewen who also coached for two years.
