Unofficial Results Show Bond Passing For Guymon Schools

With only 60 percent approval needed to pass the Transportation Bond for Guymon Public Schools, the unofficial results show great news for Guymon Schools.
The final (unofficial) results report 312 (85.7 percent) for and 52 (14.3 percent) against the bond.
Results will be certified by Texas County Election Board after 5 p.m. on Friday.
The bond money will be paid off within a two year time period and will be used to purchase an activity bus, two 72 passenger route buses, one handicap bus, one Ag Pickup, and one suburban.
