Mexican Independence Day Carnival At Liberal Memorial Library

The Liberal Memorial Library will be hosting a Mexican Independence Day
Carnival on Saturday, September 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Carnival activities, which will be held on the Library’s parking lot and
front lawn, include: duck grab, chicken chucking, kissing booth, sack
races, a fishing game and much, much more! Prizes will be given away
along with popcorn and lemonade. Come down to the Library, enjoy the
carnival and join with us in commemorating the independence of Mexico.

The Library will be open from 9 to 10:30 a.m., but closed during the
carnival. Due items can be returned in the book drop.
