Seward County Health Department Is Conducting Health Needs Assessment Survey

Seward County Health Department is in the process of conducting a health needs assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to find out the health needs of our community and to begin to address them. The Seward County Health Department will analyze the data, get community input in prioritizing identified needs and then formulating plans to address them. The information we gather will be complementary to that collected by Southwest Medical Center.

A committee, made up of community members, was formed to help develop the survey. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.

There were print versions of the survey distributed at the Seward County Fair. They will also be distributed at various other locations as well.
