Free Rides Offered By CityBus

City Bus will give free bus rides from Wednesday, Dec. 26, through Dec. 31 to show appreciation to the public for its support of the program.

“Since we started operations in September, the citizens of Liberal have really embraced this new service,” said Jeff Young, Transit Supervisor. “This is our way of saying thank you for all their support.

“Santa has been seen driving the bus, so look for him throughout the week” Young said. “Since the buses are on a tight schedule, we would like to remind riders to arrive at the bus stop a few minutes prior to the time indicated on the sign.”
