Six Liberal Fighters Win Throwdown Showdown 5

Throwdown Showdown 5 took place Saturday night at Rine’s Freestyle Karate in front of a packed house with standing room only. There were 9 MMA fights with kids fights sprinkled in between the main fights. Six Liberal fighters were victorious in the main fights. The Liberal winners were Andrew Anchondo, Jesus Cordova, Jose Garcia, Blake Rogers, Mario Zuniga, and Jesus Adame. Other winners were Reynaldo Perez and Cesar Garcia of Dodge City, and Cesar Castillo of Beaver, Oklahoma. Clay Guida a professional MMA fighter was in attendance. Guida passed out the trophies to the winners, posed for pictures, and signed autographs throughout the event.
