Second Seward County GOP Straw Poll Goes to Herman Cain

The Seward County Republican Party met on Tuesday night at Billy’s for a GOP Presidential Debate Watch Party.

Directly following the debate, the local party participated in the second of five straw polls that they will conduct

before the Kansas Caucus on March 10, 2012. Texas Governor Rick Perry won the first straw poll back in August,

however it was Herman Cain who won the local GOP straw poll on Tuesday. Perry and Newt Gingrich tied for second,

followed by Michele Bachmann and Mitt Romney to round out the top five.
