Great Bend Sweeps Redskins

Great Bend took two from Liberal yesterday at the Liberal Baseball Complex. The Panthers (2-2, 2-0) beat LHS 15-0 in five innings in game one and 13-11 in game two. In game two, Omar Pando and Chris Flowers had multiple hit games while Austin Pitts added a triple in the loss. The Redskins trailed 12-4 going to the bottom of the fourth but chipped away at the Panther lead. The Skins had two on and two outs in the seventh when the last out was made. Liberal is 1-2 overall and 0-2 in the WAC.
