Zombies, Ghosts, Goblins, and Firefighters? Yes, Guymon Fire Department is once again preparing its Annual Halloween Drive-Thru where all these characters and more will be present and greeting everyone.
“This unique community Halloween fun has been going on for 10 years now”, said Guymon Fire Chief Grant Wadley. We open our last 2-station bays where the public can drive through, talk to and interact with characters, then receive treats at the end. No getting out of your vehicles, the characters come up to you. Kids and Adults both get to drive through the station just like our emergency vehicle do daily but with a fun Halloween theme.
GFD Halloween Drive Thru starts Saturday, October 31st, at 6pm at Fire Station 1 located at 402 NE. 24 Street. One way traffic near and around the fire will be on going during this time. Entrance will be off 24th and Lelia Street. Open to the public free of charge.
