Seward County has thoroughly and carefully considered the Thresher Wind project Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request for almost an entire year. A draft CUP is now available for public review. The County Commission has not decided if a CUP will be granted, and if a CUP is granted the Commission has not decided that it would be on the terms of this CUP draft now shared with the public. But this draft communicates a draft set of terms for which the Commission is ready for public review and input.
