Olivia Jane Staats, 9 days old, of Manter, Kansas, died Thursday, July 22, 2026, at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born on July 13, 2026, in Liberal, Kansas, the daughter of Ryan Staats and Vera Harlan.

Though her time on earth was brief, Olivia filled the lives of her family with immeasurable love. Every moment shared will be treasured forever.

Olivia is survived by her parents; siblings, Genna, Rhysand, Brooklyn and Beau; grandparents, Zach and Tracy Harlan, Shawna and Bryan Smith; and great-grandparents, Kenny and Jina Harlan, Linda Harlan, David Kitch and Donna Lightner.
