The public is invited to attend a retirement reception for Pastor Rex Petty of Faith Tabernacle Church in Liberal. After over 40 years of faithful service to the congregation and the wider community, Pastor Rex Petty is stepping down as Senior Pastor of Faith Tabernacle Church. Rex, along with his congregation, and in conjunction with the Ministrial Alliance has been instrumental in hosting Men’s Night Out and several Super Bowl Outreach events for the entire Community. The church under his leadership, has hosted many other guest speakers and services throughout the years, including Baccalaureate at Liberal High School. A celebration of his ministry is planned for this evening, Saturday, April 11th, from 5 to 7 pm at the church located at 514 N. Kansas Avenue in Liberal.
