The City of Liberal’s tree match program is now open for the Spring season. Trees can be ordered at the Administration Office at City Hall, located at 324 N. Kansas Ave. Trees can be purchased during the following hours, while supplies last:
Wednesday, March 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 26 from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday, March 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
This program is for residents in Liberal’s city limits. Trees are $30 each with a purchase limit of four trees per residence. Trees are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This year’s varieties include:
Autumn Flame Maple, Shumard Oak, Bosque Elm, Autumn Purple Ash, Oklahoma Sparkler Redbud, Corinthian Pink Flowering Peach
