Anthony Bryan Phillips died on March 15th, 2026 in Liberal, Kansas.  He was born on November 3rd, 1963 to Janice Phillps in Dallas, Texas at the same hospital 19 days before President John F Kennedy died at Parkland. He was raised and graduated highschool in Tennessee. He was a member of the ROTC and had the opportunity to travel to Germany.  He lived 25 years in Alaska before returning to Kansas.

He is survived by his Son, Robert Phillps(Shawna), Daughter Tosha Jones(Ben)  and 6 beautiful granddaughters; McKensie, Hayden, Brooklyn, Veronica, Madilynn and Kelsey.  Sister, Joy Beasley, Niece Tina Chester, Nephews, Zach Phiilips, Tyler Phillips, Abe Velasquez Jr and Mel Velasquez. 16 great nieces and nephews, 13 great-great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Phillips, 2 brothers, Larry and Curtis Phillps.  His memorial service will be held later on May 30th, 2026 at 2pm, located at his sister’s home in the country at 14494 Road T, Kismet, Kansas.
