On March 4, Haskell County Deputies responded to a reported motor vehicle accident at the 1000th block of West Lalande Avenue in Sublette. Upon arrival, deputies investigated the incident while Haskell County EMS evaluated the individuals involved for injury. The driver, later identified as Timothy White, and one passenger were transported to Satanta District Hospital for further evaluation. White was subsequently arrested and booked into the Haskell County Jail for possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulants.
