TCEC established the Operation Round Up program for several reasons. First, one of TCEC’s core values is “Commitment to Community.” Second, the seventh universal cooperative principle is “Concern for Community.” Third, TCEC’s mission is to safely power our communities with innovation, accountability, and integrity – every member, every time. Together, we do more than we can alone.
