The USD 480 Board of Education met Monday evening and approved the quote from Lou’s Sporting Goods in the amount of $12,932 for Wall Pads for wrestling. When LHS switched the weight room and wrestling room locations at the beginning of this school year, the old weight room did not have any wall pads and these are needed for the wrestling program.
The Board also approved the bid from ByteSpeed in the amount of $184,800.00 to purchase Chromebooks to replace what was not returned from the elementary schools over the summer. This also would cover PreK and K-1 classes at a school if the District needed to go fully remote temporally.
Also, approved was the renewal of Hayes Software Systems Bundle in the amount of $11,500.00.
