Saints Clip Clarendon Again

Seward beat Clarendon for the third consecutive time with a 5-3 win at Clarendon Wednesday afternoon. Seward head coach Galen McSpadden used six pitchers including Austin Beisel (5-2) who earned the win and Tyler Hill nailed down the save. Jon Mestas drove home two runs. Tyler Hill, Kyle Henke, and Ben Wainwright each added RBI’s. Seward has won 16 of their last 19 games and stands at 38-18 going into their May 7th 1 p.m. game against the number eight team from the Jayhawk East. The rest of the Saint games air on Talkradio 1270 and kscbnews.net.
