11/15/2013

One man is in the hospital after his car ran off the road and hit a culvert in Haskell County Thursday.  The Kansas Highway Patrol reports 53 year old Bradley Blackburn of Dodge City was headed west on 160 at about 6 a.m. when his vehicle crossed the center line and drove into the south ditch.  The vehicle then hit a culvert, drove onto a field access road, and came to a stop rolling onto the driver side.  Blackburn was taken to Satanta District Hospital with injuries.
