Plenty to Brag About in Balko
08/22/2013

Rusty Thomas

The Balko Bison were 8-4 last season and went on the road to beat Ryan 44-14 in the Class C playoffs.  The Bison have reason to believe that more success is on the horizon with five starters back on offense and four returning starters on defense.  The Bison have five seniors set to lead the way as 20 players are out for football.

Third year head coach Rusty Thomas was 8-4 last year and 5-5 in his first season at a school which has won five state titles.

Key Balko players include Sr. RB/LB Grady Frantz, Sr. RB/S Wyatt Casper, Sr. G/DE Brendon Scott, Sr. TE/DE Damian Bush, and Jr. TE/DE Dakota Jackson.

The Bison were featured during the Thursday morning Sportsguys.

Schedule

Sept. 6- at Moscow
