  TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY ON EAST-WEST
  ROADS. LIGHTWEIGHT ITEMS LIKE TRASH CONTAINERS AND LAWN
  FURNITURE SHOULD BE SECURED TO KEEP IT FROM BLOWING AROUND.
