McKenzie Wright Jumps for Joy at WAC Meet

Liberal sophomore McKenzie Wright is the Western Athletic Conference Female Track Athlete of the Year.  She won all three jumps Thursday night in Dodge City helping LHS place 2nd in the WAC with just about 14 athletes.  The LHS boys took third.

Boys- 1. Hays 173 2. Dodge City 57  3. Liberal 55 and Garden City 55 4. Great Bend 35

Girls- 1. Garden City 124 2. Liberal 98  3.  Hays 67  4. Great Bend 53  5. Dodge City 33

Javelin- Nolan Larkin 2nd and Britton Abbott 4th

4x400- 2nd with Trenton Hammond, Michael Sena, Adebayo Braimah, and Irving Altamirano

High Jump- Trenton Wilson and Kenlee West tie for third
