The 7th grade Apache team went up against Horace Good Thursday. Apaches started the game on a 10-0 run before HG got on the board. Horace Good would go on to score the next 17 points to end the half 10-17. Third quarter went back and forth and ended 15-23. Apaches couldn’t get back in the game after 3 players fouled out and Horace Good continuing to head to the line. The game ended 24-37 in favor of Horace Good. Alejandro Gutierrez led the team in scoring with 14 points.
7th B game started without much scoring. Horace Good led 4-2 after 1. There was much more scoring in the second quarter. At Halftime the score was 9-5 Apaches. Apaches maintained the lead after 3 and the score was 12-9. After 2 starters fouled out the Apaches could not hold on to the lead. Apaches struggled at the free throw line and went 3-16. The Apaches would lose a hard fought game 14-18. Apaches B team was led by Luis Molina with 6 points. Apaches next game will be in Guymon next Tuesday.
8th grade B team from Coach Richards – 
SRMS 8th B team took a hard loss against Garden City’s Horace Good last night with a score of 16-47.  Christian Loza was our top scorer and Erica Mercado hit his first 3 pointer of the season.

The 7B Warrior basketball team traveled to Dodge City to take on the
Cardinals. The Warriors came away with a 35-27 victory. The Warriors missed
a lot of easy shots around the basket and were out scored in the second
half by the cardinals.

Leading rebounder- Jackson Dodge 10 reb, and Ryan Mein with 6 reb
