Dodge City Shuts Out Liberal in WAC Soccer Opener

Dodge City’s girls soccer team, which finished 7-10 last season, dominated Liberal in every way Thursday night at Dodge City Memorial Stadium. The Demons built a 5-0 halftime lead and won 6-0 over Liberal in the WAC opener. Dodge City led shots on goal 19-3 and had 11 shots on goal in the first half. Liberal is 1-1 and competes at Borger Friday.
