City of Liberal No Longer to Pick Up Limbs Except for Declared Disasters

Starting May 29th, per concensus of the Liberal City Commission and City staff, the City of Liberal will no longer be picking up or hauling tree limbs for private properties, (this includes residential as well as commercial) except for declared disasters. It is the property owner’s responsibility to take care of their own property.

However, senior and legally disabled residents may contact Erika Villa at 620-626-2252 and file an application for assistance to have trees and limbs cut and removed.
