Woodies and Rods Featured at the Yellow Brick Road Car Show

The Yellow Brick Road Car Show will be hosting a “Woodies and Rods” car show this weekend. Light Park in Liberal will  be the staging area for the ever growing local car show which will once again be a gathering of the Midwest Deuce Club. Also coming this year will be Street Rodding American Style and Rodding USA Magazine.  The show will feature cars from all over the country with an emphasis on Woodies and Street Rods, however all are vehicles welcome. The event is Saturday at Light Park with registration from 8-11 and the car show from 8:00am-3:00pm. The awards will be presented at 3. There will be drawings and prizes throughout the day and a 50/50 pot to benefit the local Boy Scouts. Also there will be vendors, food vendors at the event. Friday at Billy’s/Ayr Lanes pre-registration is from 11-7 with an outdoor concert featuring the band “Sellout”  from 7:00-11 at Billy’s/Ayr Lanes.
