The USD 480 Board of Education will meet Monday night at 7:30 p.m. at the Education Service Center. There are several issues to be discussed and voted on. The results of the bond survey will be released at the meeting. The survey was done by telephone to find out why the voters turned down the $61 million bond issue back on April 7.
Items on the agenda include a roof renovation at West Middle School. Gym floor refinishing at the six wood gym floors in the district, a carpet replacement bid, school supplies and software, and student handbook changes for the 2009-10 school year.
In other business the board will vote on rather or not to give classified workers a 50 cent pay raise. The board will also vote on rather or not to give the administration a pay raise.
All meetings are open to the public.
