The USD 480 Board of Education met at East Campus on Monday at 6:30 and approved the renewal of Renaissance Fastbridge five year quote in the amount of $62,432.50. Also approved was the purchase of 30 Redcats with Flexmikes from Lightspeed Technologies in the amount of $37,370. Funds for these were donated to the District.

The Board approved the Letter of Intent Contract with SWPRSC in the amount of $67,315.00. This allows for the district professional development support needed for the 2025-26 school year.

Approved were additional ELA student workbooks at Sunflower and MacArthur in the amount of $22,490.01, as was the payment to Navigate360 in the amount of $13,903.28.

WebKIDSS IEP Management System for School Year 2025-2026 was approved by the Board. WebKIDSS is the IEP Management system for USD 480. This program helps case managers write IEPs for students throughout the year. In addition, WebKIDSS also stores files for students with 504 plans and SIT plans.

AXIS Security Cameras were purchased for the District at twice the quantity of the original bid request from Focus Camera LLC in the amount of $63,575.28 and Quote #1 from Varitronics was approved in the amount of $118,582.00 for Variquest Machines.
