USD 480 Appoints Cauble as President of the Board

The USD 480 Board of Education  met Monday evening at 6:30 in the Commons Area of Cottonwood Elementary School. The Board approved the Asbestos Abatement  to remove the existing roofing panels covering the glass blowing shed at LHS. ACM Removal, of Wichita KSwas the low bidder, in the amount of $4,960.00.

Health Insurance was approved with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Handbook changes and Board Policies were also approved.

With the resignation of Sarah Foreman the BOE president position is now open.  The board appointed Stuart Cauble as BOE President and Naomi Vargas as Vice president and Mike Brack as IBB member.
