Two Vehicle Accident Injures Three East of Liberal

A two vehicle crash took place seven miles east of Liberal on Highway 54 yesterday just before 3 p.m. Two Liberal men and one Ulysses man was injured. Thirty-year old Juventino Morales of Liberal was driving a 1992 passenger truck west on 54. Fifty-seven year old Victor Hernandez of Ulysses was driving a 1989 passenger truck east on 54. The Hernandez vehicle turned on Seward County Road Q and struck the Morales vehicle. Hernandez, Morales, and his passenger 30 year old Roumaldo Martinez of Liberal were all injured and taken to Southwest Medical Center.
