Liberal sophomore quarterback Tevin Cotter is this week’s Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Cotter is 63-10e with 1,029 yards with 17 touchdowns passing.  He has completed 61 percent of his passes.  Cotter has rushed 31 times for 198 yards and two touchdowns.  He is also involved in basketball, track, and FCA.   Cotter was 26-36 for 384 yards and five touchdowns in a 39-34 win over Garden City Friday night.  He also had 10 carries for 57 yards.   Cotter and the Redskins play at Great Bend Friday night with pre-game at 6pm on 1270 and 92.3.
