The KSCB Springfest Homeshow will be held Saturday and Sunday in the Seward County Activities Center in Liberal. Over 70 vendors will present their wares in what is believed to be one of the largest shows in its history. "Of the 70 plus vendors, 25 are new to the show which we’re very excited about," commented Seward County Broadcasting Sales Manager Cheryl Collins. "Our sales staff did a great job of getting out the information about the show and the response has been tremendous." Seward County Broadcasting will broadcast live from the show Saturday and Sunday and many events are scheduled including a brief musical appearance by Country music star Jarrod Niemann who grew up in Liberal. The stations will also premier a new internet site www.kscbnews.net which will feature news , weather and sports from the listening area. Homeshow visitors will be able to register to the new site and will have a chance to win a new laptop computer to be given away by the stations. The Home show is an annual event and in recent years has included shows in the fall and the spring. Over a thousand visitors are expected to attend.
