Liberal, KS – Southwest Medical Center (SWMC) is excited to announce its 16th Annual Community Health Fair, taking place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Seward County Activity Center. This highly anticipated event offers affordable lab testing and a wide range of free health screenings aimed at improving the well-being of individuals and families across Southwest Kansas.

Thanks to the generous support of local businesses and community partners, general lab test kits will be available for just $35. The lab package includes:

• Comprehensive Metabolic Profile
• Lipid Profile
• Thyroid Screen
• Complete Blood Count
• Vitamin Panel (Vitamin D & B12)

Attendees can also choose optional add-on tests for just $7 each, including:

• PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)
• CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen)
• HGB A1C (Glycated Hemoglobin)
• Magnesium

In addition to lab services, the event will feature a wide variety of free screenings and health services, such as:

• Blood Pressure Checks
• Clinical Breast Exams
• Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Consultations
