The Seward soccer team tied the Garden City Broncbusters 1-1 Saturday afternoon at Garden City.  Both teams scored second half goals.  Otherwise, the Broncbusters dominated the game with 11 shots on goal to Seward’s two shots on goal.  The Busters scored first at the 54:25 mark.  Seward’s Joao Reis scored with an assist from Felipe Souza Lima at the 71:13 mark.  Garden City finishes 10-4-4 and 3-4-2 in the KJCCC.  Seward is 5-9-1 overall and 0-8-1 in the Jayhawk Conference.  Seward plays the rest of their suspended game with Coffeyville Monday at 1pm at Redskin Field.  It’s 1-1 at the half before a thunderstorm forced postponement from September 17th.
