Seward County Sheriff’s Office, KBI Make Arrests

On April 10th, the Seward County Sheriff Office along with the KBI South West Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant at 245 W. Pancake #105. The suspect a white male, 23, was arrested for Possession Marijuana with intent to sell, Altering Firearm, and Felon in possession of a firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Also on April 17th, the Seward County Sheriff Office along with the KBI South West Drug Task Force, and Liberal Police Department conducted a search warrant at 605 Don ST. in Kismet. Crimes committed were Felon in possession of a Firearm, Possession of Marijuana with intent to sell, No Drug Tax Stamp, Criminal use a weapon, Agg. Child Endangerment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Both cases are still under investigation.

All parties are incident until proven guilty in the court of law.
