The Seward County Commissioners met Monday evening and adopted the 2018 Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan.
Commissioners also approved the amendments to the Agricultural Zoning District and Associated Regulation.
The Commission overrode the Planning and Zoning Administrators denial of a March Building Permit request and will allow Dwayne Devellen to build a home on his property. The home will be built to code and will be inspected by the County.
Also approved was the designation of Alan P. Martinez MD to serve as the County Coroner and allow him to appoint Johnny Ralston as the Special Deputy Coroner if he chooses to make that appointment.
