Seward County Commission Meets Approves JCAPS Grant Application

The Seward County Commission met Monday evening and after approving the County Engineer Report, also approved the JCAPS Grant Application.

Commissioners also approved services through the Arnold Group for a Wage and Survey Plan, Salary Survey, and a Performance Management System. Cost of the services will be $4,800 for 3 years.
