Seward County Commission Meets, Approves Facility Fee Waiver

The Seward County Commission met Monday evening and approved the waiver of fees for the rodeo arena for this weekends Little Britches Rodeo. This annual event is a Fundraiser for Crossroads Therapeutic Riding Center. Performances will be held Saturday and Sunday, and are free of charge.

In other action, the commission approved the acceptance of a Kansas Forest Service Truck for the Seward County Fire rescue, waived the purchasing policy and approved the purchase of Gigabit Switching for the IT Department, and held a discussion on the Tria Health-Chronic Care Management.

No action was taken after two executive sessions.
