Seward County Offices will be closed and the City of Liberal’s City Hall will be closed Thursday, June 19th, 2025 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. Business will resume to normal hours on Friday June 20th.

CityBus services will operate a normal service schedule.

There will be no poly-cart trash pickup on Thursday for City of Liberal customers. There are no changes to commercial or 3-yard dumpster refuse collection schedules.
