The City of Liberal invites the public to join in a Ribbon Cutting on Friday, August 1st, at 12:00 pm at the new dog park located at the Liberal Animal Shelter. This project was made possible through funding from the Rotary Club #1591 of Liberal and the 1-cent sales tax fund.

This Dog Park was created for the dogs at the Shelter, with a Public Dog Park coming soon to McCray Park.
