The Liberal soccer team ended their opener early.  They traveled to Wichita Monday for the Wichita South Titan Classic opener and the beginning of the Redskin season.  The Redskins beat the Circle Thunderbirds 8-0 in a mercy rule.  There were still about 36 minutes remaining on the clock when the Skins ended it early.

LHS led 5-0 at halftime.  Diego Pavia scored two goals.  Johnny Young, Josh Garcia, Ariel Gaytan, Salvador Alvarez, Chris Pino, and Gio Berrera scored goals.  Gio Berrera, Alexis Landa, and Chris Pino had assists.

Liberal plays Wichita South Wednesday at the Wichita South Titan Classic.
