Pitts Leads Bulldogs to Opening Wins

The Liberal Bulldogs, Liberal’s Senior Babe Ruth baseball team opened their season with two run rule wins over Lakin in Lakin Wednesday evening. Liberal won the league game 11-1 and took game two 11-0. Both games lasted just five innings. Austen Pitts tossed a shutout and tripled in the win. Tyson Deaton pitched Liberal to the game one win. Victor Rivera also tripled while Bryan Morris and Brandon Granger doubled.
