OSBI Arrests Man For Sending Images To Minor

BEAVER, OK – On October 18, 2023, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office in the State of Washington requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to investigate inappropriate images and messages sent to a minor.
OSBI special agents quickly identified the suspect as 23-year-old Ruben Arthuro Reyes, who lived in Beaver, Oklahoma. On November 30, a search warrant was obtained and executed at Reyes’ residence. Evidence was gathered from the home and Reyes was interviewed by OSBI agents.
Reyes admitted to sending the images and was arrested and booked into the Beaver County Jail on charges of Indecent Exposure-Soliciting of Minors and Soliciting Sexual Conduct or Communication with a Minor by use of Technology.
