Ochiltree General Hospital Healthcare Foundation is Proud to Announce Taya Kyle Coming to Perryton

Joe Denoyer - June 18, 2020 2:21 pm

The OGH Healthcare Foundation is proud to announce Taya Kyle, wife of American Sniper and Navy SEAL Chris Kyle and the New York Times bestselling author of American Wife , as the keynote speaker of an upcoming OGH Healthcare Foundation event to be held Tuesday, October 6, at the Ochiltree County Expo Center from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. This event was previously scheduled for May 2020, but was rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the interest of public safety.

Being linked by marriage to one of the most hardened Navy SEALs America has ever known; holding down the home fort while Chris did four tours in a war theater played out on our news screens and becoming immortalized in print and Clint Eastwood’s Academy Award-winning movie, American Sniper builds a rare internal resilience.

Then, to have your world crumble when the love of your life is unexpectedly killed and being left as a single mom of two children under 10, and to come through the other side of that with dignity – with the ability to still smile – delivers a totally new dynamic. Taya Kyle embodies the American Spirit and everything that it means to be American.

Her story resonates with audiences of all ages, both men and women. Taya founded the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation as a way to continue a post-deployment legacy Chris began, aiming to enhance military service, veteran, and first responder marriages by providing a variety of experiences that helps them escape the everyday rigors that come with a life of service.

Table sponsorships are available for $1,000.00, $2,500.00 and $5,000.00 with all sponsorships benefiting the OGH Healthcare Foundation and its capital campaign initiative. Individual tickets will be available in the near future.

For more information about sponsorship benefits or reserving a table, please contact Lynsey at 806-648-7402 or [email protected] .
