Gloria Garcia Martinez de Gallo

Gloria Garcia Martinez de Gallo, 52, of Liberal, passed away on Wednesday July 23, 2025 in Amarillo, TX.

She was born on October 23, 1972 to Fransico Garcia Gonzalez and Emilia Martinez Barrera at Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

On March 3, 1990 she married Jose Raul Gallo Barajas in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; Jose preceded her in death on December 21, 2019.

She was a super creative person, very strong willed and independent. Being money savvy, in her early life she had a small business of biónicos. She loved gardening and was a great cook, lovingly preparing meals in her home that would bring her family together for all to enjoy. Gloria had taught herself to crochet and would crochet for the new family members and her children. She loved Canaries; breeding them for others to enjoy. Her favorite flower was the Sunflower.

Gloria loved being a loving Ama to her children and Nina to her grandchildren, a loving wife, and an amazing person who will be greatly missed by all that loved her.

Gloria is survived by her Son, Jose R. Gallo of Liberal, KS; Three Daughters, Karem M. Gallo Flores and husband Daniel of Liberal, KS, Maria S. Gallo and husband Juan of Turpin, OK, Gloria Gallo and husband Alberto of Tulsa, OK; Six Grandsons, Raul “Rulo”, Jose Raul “Bubu”, Emiliano “Milo”, Armando “Mando”, Juan Carlos “Charlie”, and Alejandro “Alej”; One Granddaughter, Jakzenny “Zenny”; Four Brothers, Adrian, Toño, Juan Carlos, and Ramiro; Five Sisters, Irma. Rocio, Carolina, Marlen, and Guadalupe all of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

She was also preceded in death by her Father, Fransico Garcia Gonzalez and Mother, Emilia Martinez Barrera.

There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.

A Family & Church held Rosary Service will be on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 10:00 am with Mass following at 11:00 am at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Liberal.

Inurnment will take place following the service at the Liberal City Cemetery.

The family requests that flower arrangements be delivered to the church on Tuesday morning.
