Motorcycle Accident Injures Man East of Felt

Brock Kappelmann - June 14, 2023 3:00 pm

A man was taken to the hospital after his motorcycle left the road Tuesday night four miles east of Felt.  The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the incident happened Tuesday evening at about 5:15 on 412 and EO290 in Cimarron County.  Thirty-four year old Joshua C. Wallis of Big Cabin, Oklahoma drove a 2020 Indian Challenger motorcycle west on 412 when  he departed the road to the right and bailed off the motorcycle.   Boise City EMS transported him to Union County General Hospital in Clayton.  He was admitted in stable condition with leg injuries.  The road was wet due to rain but the OHP says inattention to driving is the cause for the accident.
