Moscow’s Quentin Franklin is the Moscow winner of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship. Franklin is a quarterback and defensive end for the Wildcats. He is also involved in basketball and student council. He is student body vice president and was vice president of FFA at Moscow.
Winners of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship are announced Thursday nights between 6-7 during the On the Sidelines Show at Billy’s on 102.7 and kscbnews.net. Each week a deserving senior is announced as a winner of a 350 dollar scholarship from Billy’s and 102.7.
