Man To Go On Trial In Death Of Student

A Dodge City man will go to trial on
charges that he accidentally killed a 17-year-old high school
student during a fight.
Fabian Colorado was bound over for trial Monday in the death of
Diego Enriquez-Enriquez. He died after being injured during a May
14 birthday party. Prosecutors say Colorado punched
Enriquez-Enriquez, who fell and hit his head on a cement floor.
The Dodge City Daily Globe reports that
Colorado will enter a plea to involuntary manslaughter and
aggravated battery charges at a later hearing.
